Good Qualities: First of all, Kaze don't cares about who is he fighting on the battlefield, the only thing he cares is to know if his opponent is someone evil or not. Another thing is that Kaze is really strong, really fast, and really smart, something that can be known just looking his body and personality. He seems to be a cold person, and in some way he is, but his heart is strong as iron.
Bad Qualities: Sometimes, he seems to be a really cold guy from outside and from inside too. He only cares about avenging his world, and trying to find a way to re-build it. He doesn't care about anyone except himself, but sometimes (just sometimes) he starts caring about people. A guy with no many friends, and without family. He also has certain weakness against water, and like he does not use any kind of reflecting protection or such things he is a bit weak against normal physical attacks.

Appearance: Let's start from the head: He has a short dark-red hair, and he uses dark glasses, broken at the right side. He has some strange red marks on his right eye, probably something that he made to himself on his own world, and his serious face makes him to be scary for some people. Now the chest: First of all, he uses a dark long cape that covers all his body until his knees, something that is very useful to hide his two weapons. And where his heart should be, there it is a golden mark with a cross on it. Behind the dark cape, he uses a grey shirt with some kind of protections behind it. He uses half of a gauntlet on his left hand, and in the other one he has his Demon gun attached to his hand in the form of a big hammer. He has some large legs, on which he uses another protection. The last thing that someone can see on him are his dark shoes. Nothing special.
History: Kaze's original home world, Windaria, was a peaceful place, where Kaze and his sister Aura were born, but when both of them were some 18 years old, it was destroyed by a creature called Chaos. It is during the destruction of his world that he first encounters Makenshi, whose world was also destroyed, carrying an unconscious, but otherwise unharmed, Aura. Makenshi also was with his friend Pepo, a survivor moogle from Kaze's world. When they were escaping from the destruction, Chaos appeared to the group in person. At that time, Kaze had the Demon gun on his arm, but with no "Soil" to use on it, but still, at Makenshi's side, fought with Chaos. Utilizing the souls of Aura and Pepo to create Soil, Kaze tells Makenshi to fire the Demon Gun, because of Kaze weakness, transforming Kaze into the Gun Dragon. Throwing himself into Chaos, Kaze, through the Gun Dragon, tells Makenshi to destroy it while he holds it at bay. Makenshi does so by turning himself into Mist and summoning the "Symphony of the White Cloud" Sword Dragon. Fortunately, rather than dying from the fight, Kaze slips into something of a coma and ends up in the Wonderland. (Another world)
Then, years later, Kaze continued on a coma state, but he regains consciousness once he met a girl called Lisa, and two twins called Ai and Yu, three people from the city of Tokio, that had arrived there through a dark portal. Unfortunately, his battle with Chaos afflicted him with temporary amnesia. Only able to remember Chaos' attack and Makenshi, as well as brief flashes of Aura, his mind replaced Chaos with Makenshi as the figure responsible for the destruction of Windaria. And to add insult to injury, Kaze could no longer fire the Magun at will, but it activated automatically in response to the endangering of someone's life. Though he wanted nothing to do with Lisa and the twins for a portion of their journey, he somehow ends up encountering them and coming to their aid until they all ended up in the submarine Jane. Over time, after being reunited with his old friend Moogle, Kaze regained his memory and with Makenshi, defeated Earl Tyrant (Chaos) once and for all by sacrificing himself and finally helping the children, as he knew he should.
Kaze survived the final battle with Earl Tyrant, ending up in the Tokyo sea and separated from the Demon Gun that is now in the hands of C2 organization. Receiving new Soil from the spirits of many Moogles that died long ago on Winderia, Kaze goes in search of the Demon Gun, ending up with him facing not only the C2, but Soljashy (Lisa's ex-boyfriend) as well. He also wishes to fight Makenshi, only so they can destroy Chaos again. However, Kaze's determination to destroy Chaos includes killing the twins because of their connection to it. Kaze is unable to do that due to the others' disapproval. The others had not stopped him from killing Dolk, who requested a quick death. Kaze used Dolk's soil to free Lisa before he entered the gateway she unintentionally created to finish the fight with Chaos once and for all.
