Yes I have played the DLC. I got it when I bought the Game of the Year Edition wich has them all. There are five of them:

Broken Steel
Point Lookout
Operation: Anchroage
Mothership Zeta
and last The Pitt

Of all these Broken Steel is the only one that really expands on the main story. It lets you play on after the events at Project Purity. **Spoiler** You can still go in and make your sacrifice but you will not die, You can inject the FEV viruse into the water like Eden said and all the other little alterations in there. You wake up 2 weeks later: Elder Lyons tells you that Project Purity is working and they are sending the water to towns in the wasteland. They are almost crushed the Enclave with the help of Liberty Prime and you are now a member of the Lyons's Brotherhood of Steel. The main story of Broken Steel is you fighting with the L.B.O.S. against the remants of the Enclave. It also adds a few other quests related to Project Purity. In most peoples eye the major benefit to Broken Steel is that they extended the level cap to 30.

Point Lookout lets you go to a region in Maryland called Point Lookout. This adds several new quests and a big new area to explore. With new weapons,armor and other misc. iteams.

Operation: Anchroage is my favorite of these. It lets you take part in a computer simulation of the Americans atempt to re-take Anchroage, Alaska from the Chinese in 2070s (Can not remember the exact year). As most of the expansion takes place in a simulation the iteams are not really takeable, The reward comes after the simulation. You get another (better) T-51b Power Armor and an assorted number of other named iteams. This expansion is mostlly intended to just let you fight Chinese soldiers in snowy areas of Alaska.

In Mothership Zeta you get abducted by Aliens and are forced to fight off their ship. You get intresting encounters with other people the Aliens abducted like: An American soldier from the Anchroage liberation, A Japanese samurai from the 16th century and a others. The assorted number of weapons you get are among the strongest (damage).

The Pitt this one has you helping a man from Pittsburgh. He says his people are slaves and he wants your help to free them and find a cure for a sickness all around Pittsburgh. The place you go is The Pitt the last remains of Pittsburgh. New weapons,armor and things to do. Towards the end you are able to change sides and join the Slavers, not the Slaves.

Another often overlooked add on is the addition of trophies. For example kill 300 people or hack 50 computers and you get a trophy for it. It does not do anything but you find your self compled to get them. They range from quest related ones like: Complete Take it Back! and Complete Head of State to misc. ones like pick 50 locks and complete 50 speech challenges. With level based ones like reach levels 8,14,20 and 30 with either Good,Bad or Neutral karma. Sadly if you played Fallout 3 before your actions do not transfer over and you will need to play it agian to get alot of the trophies.

I thought The Pitt was before Mother Ship Zeta and Operation: Anchorage? Eithewr way I can go and buy Fallout 3 now and get all of those DLC's in game already.

Yeah the game of the year edition. I was playing Borderland yesterday on splitscreen coop. It's actually pretty good, fully customizable characters for both players. Also has a skill tree kind of Like Diablo 2.

Great game, I love the mission where you have to go into a computer system that looks like you are in the like 50's or 40's. And your father is a dog!

I played that quest it was called Tranquilty Lane. I have played it both the good and bad ways but I never tried to actually kill Betty (Dr. Braun). zak13317 you said she set you on fire, How did it go like you where just on fire or did he shot something at you? What happened?
